Respected Sir, With respect to Order Id: S[protected], I have place the Order on: Dec 8, 2015, 12:59 am, It is now 08 days since I have place the order. I have made the payment in advance with Netbanking as Mode of Payment: But yet whaaky have not shipped the Item. I also have placed many emails to Whaaky customer support, but no response at all from them. So, request to please help me get my money back or let the ship the item. We would be definitely happy to assist you. The order number S[protected] is confirmed and the product will be dispatched in 8 - 10 business days from the order confirmation date. (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not working days)
As an exceptional case, we have considered your request for an urgent dispatch. Once dispatched, you will receive a message with the consignment number and the courier name and you may track your consignment in the concerned courier website.
Our phone lines might be busy as we are attending to other customer’s in-case you’re running short on time we request you to drop an email at [protected]@whaaky.com , we are sure to respond within 24-48 hrs.

I also have placed many emails to Whaaky customer support, but no response at all from them. So, request to please help me get my money back or let the ship the item.
