Whaaky: Replacement - Self shipment Received - Reshipment pending
Dear Pravesh Vishwakarma, Order No: S[protected]Product: Maroon+White +Black+Navy blue +Pink This is to inform you that we have received the self-shipment that you shipped across to us for replacement. On the basis of your complaint, we would be dispatching the replacement to you within 4 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a mail with the consignment number and courier name. I received this mail on 29 of Aug stating that the products will be dispatched in 4-5 days after receiving the defective products but it's more than two weeks are gone and I haven't received any confirmation of reshipment till now. I want to know why it's taking that much of time for reshipment. Please try to resolve my complaint ASAP as it's more than a month I am still waiting for my replaced products.
