[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — whaaky team has not responding to consumer complaints also

For order no: s[protected]. Whaaky team has not responding to Consumer Complaints. And also not follow their company policy. I have raised two complaints (1st ID: 1741604 & 2nd ID: 1785868) for one concern and this is 3rd one. But there is no use. 1st time they simple reply as we will do ASAP. But there is no 2nd time reply also.
