[Resolved]  Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Wrong defective material supplied: neither replacing nor refunding my money paid in advance

Supplied different size & defective material vide order no. S[protected].I sent them the images, they acknowledged but refused to either replace with correct size good material or refund my money, which was paid in advance by me.They seem to be a fraud company and cheat/fleece/mislead customers by taking money in advance and not fulfilling promised order correctly.
My several emails to them have just been ignored by routine negative replies.
Through your intervention, I, as a customer, demand that they should urgently replace the wrong/defective supplies or refund my money into my bank a/c so that I can send back their material, which is of no use for me, to them.

Sir, what is the guarantee that I will get replacement/refund if I ship your defective material in advance? I paid full money in advance and you supplied all defective material.Images are with you. If you are serious about replacement/refund, then you should first replace/refund and then I will return the defective material to you.
The fair deal should be: I pay money>> You supply defective material>> you refund my money>> I return your defective material.
I am a senior citizen & cannot waste my time and money in unnecessary correspondence with you.
Kindly first replace/refund and then only, I will return your material.
