I have order a Sony Power Bank "order no - S[protected]" on 1st of November 2015, since then whaaky.com, not shipped my product or not replied my emails for order status, I tried to Called them Up on Phone many times but they are not going to pick-up the phone. i am very disappointed about company's services. I think i have made a wrong mistake by placing order from whaaky.com.

I mailed to citruspay.com payment gateway for help but they said "we request you to contact way2online retail pvt ltd with the above mentioned transaction id's and they will be more than happy to help you."

Now Don't know what to do for get my money back.
