Whaaky.com — Worst product delivered

I have order 10 shirt pies from whaaky.com on 3rd june & i received my delivery on 11th june.
I was paid first then i received my delivery after that when i see my shirts it's very very poor quality. So on next day i have raised the complaint against the complaint same but they are not properly replaying my email. I have called on there customer care no. On[protected] around 50 to 60 time but no can received my call or the line are always busy.
So then i have email them around 4-5 time but they are saying. Please see below -
