[Resolved]  Whaaky.com — wrong delivery of items

I had placed order for 2shirts/2trousers amounting to Rs.1199/- vide order no.S80645221 which I received on 7/11/2014. But on receipt I was shocked to see that you had dispatched wrong consignment. I had ordered for Shirt size No.44 and Trouser size No.36 whereas shirt of size 42 and trouser of size 34 was dispatched. I sent a mail to the [protected]@whaaky.com and even called on [protected] no. many a times but to my surprise not received a single reply. I therefore request you to look into the matter and kindly replace the items or refund me my amount failing which I will b free to file legal suit against whaaky.com in CONSUMER FORUM. regards ajay ahuja
