We purchased Sony power banks online on 21st August and received MI power banks on 25th August from the same date we are trying for replacement of the same as the product which was mention on the website is totally of different brand and also the received product is not working .
Hence requested for a change as spoke with the executive but from that day there is no reply from there side.
