Whaaky — No response for the mails and product

Hello,

I have ordered the product in Whaaky.com I received the product very late and it was not good in quality and size also is not perfect. I have ordered for medium size but I received the product which is not fit for small size also. As per there instruction I have returned them. I have sent mail for refund but they are not responding for refund but they confirmed item has been received. I have sent one month back still I didn't received the product or refund also. Whenever I sent mail they will be replying as we have received your product will dispatch soon. I'm asking for refund but they are same thing. But from past 1 week no responses for mail also. I don't want there product refund me. It is almost 2 months done but still they are playing.
