Whaaky — Power bank not delivered

I ordered a power bank from whaaky on 31 may 2016. I have already paid money through net banking but it is yet to be delivered. I also tried to contact through mail but they did not reply thereafter i tried to contact through call but they did not pick up call. so what can i do to get my money back. my order no. is S[protected]. I also tried to track but it is still showing that "preparing to ship"
