I have places the order with below details a month back. our delivery schedule seems to be worst in the industry. I have even request for the status to your company but nobody replies to emails. Nobody picks up the phone. This is my worst online shopping experience. Let me now whether you are going to ship or not. In response please do not copy paste your regular line that Whakky cares for its customers and your problem will be resolved shortly. Give a concrete date of shipping. Still the same reply from whaaky.com. the delivery time is not mentioned and i get a mail stating that it will be delivered. It is like waiting for rain watching the sky all day long. Please let me know that exact delivery date for me.

I have placed my order on May 19th, 2014, but still not received the product.
