[Resolved]  Whaaky — Samsung memory card

I have purchased two 32 GB memory cards of combo with two card readers for Rs 849 of order I'd S80963052 from whaaky. The item was shipped after one month. Before shipping I have emailed to whaaky for cancellation and refund. I didn't get any response on email and phone. After one and half month the item was shipped and I got bad quality used product and duplicate also. There is nothing which was specified. I had lost money by calling them and I have not received the refund till now. I had lost many photos from my mobile by putting this memory card. This is the second time whaaky is cheating me. Please do something to get my refund.

I have not received my refund yet. I have returned the products back to Whaaky. They are cheating everyone. My friends also have lost money without receiving the products after paying. I think the Whaaky people are putting the customer reviews by themselves. We are not able to update anything. They are not responding to emails and not taking phone also. The Whaaky people took more than one month for shipment of order I'd S[protected]memory card and card reader). I told them to refund at thst time before shipping itself and they didn't do it. Now they are demanding to resend at their convenience. I couldn't send it within 4 days and I had to pay for courier. But I have sent it within 10 days and they have received the product and they are not updating yet that they received nor giving my refund. Please help me to get my refund.
