[Resolved] Whaaky — Send damaged product (power bank)

I placed an order of MI Power bank on 24th jan 2016 with order S[protected] and it was delivered on13th feb2016. when i opened the packed there was damage power bank after that i am calling the customer care but call is not receiving. i humble request to you please help me.

In last mail you inform me that i sent you damage power bank. but the sending charges is very high Rs 300/-.
