Whaaky — Whaaky-Refund is not processed

Hi, I had ordered 6 pack of T-shirts from Whaaky site.When I received product its quality was too poor and size of T-shirts was not as per market standards. I have called Whaaky customer care for refund and they asked me to send images of the product that i had received. After sending images to supprt team I got reply for replacement.I reply them at least 9-10 times that I am requesting for refund not for replacement but still they are replying me for replacement. As per their policies customer can request for refund if faulty or not acceptable product is delivered to them. Below is the latest reply I got from them: Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that we follow and inventory led model where products come to us in bulk. We can’t guarantee that you would receive the same product as that of the image. There might be slight deviations in the product design and colour. But we ensure that the quality of the product is maintained. As updated in the description the same product has been delivered to you. There are slight possibilities of products to look little different in pictures because of the lights used during photo shoot. Hence complaint cannot be registered for replacement or refund.
