I have booked 2 bikes today 12.30am and then just after half an hour i tried cancelling the booking but it didnt get cancelled. Also i tried to call to the customer support number which is supposed to be available but didnt get any response. Now i didnt use the service at all and i am being charged rs.1178 simply. Its totally unfair when a customer is not using the service how could they charge him with the entire amount. And while morning talked to the support people they are sticked to one thing policy and policy. Then i can say its such a stupid policy just to looting new customers. I am totally fade up with this kind of policy where customers are being charged without using service. Need to change the policy and refund my entire amount. These people are cheating to the new customers and how can they expect next time i will use their serice again. Even i will never suggest anyone to use this fraud service which was made to cheat the customers simply. I will write about my worst experience everywhere and let everyone know not to use this service ever.
