Wickedleak — Customer call center number is switched off

I have tried to contact wicked leak customer care to get the details of my phone issue as the screen need to be replaced due to damage. Every time switched off is the response we hear from call center number. Even the website is not functioning to check the alternatives to drop a request.Kindly provide the details of contacting the Wickedleak customer care. i would like to either get it corrected or phone exchange or upgrade
