I have ordered through online the wickedleak wammy passion x model but when i have received it was a defect piece. From the day after receiveing the product i have contact as per the number given on the site and also emailed it but no response until now i.e 2 months. According to me based on the consumer complaint they are looting the people's money, I understand that people should check befoe ordering how can anyone do the check after it is seen in the NDTV program hoping that it has it services center I have order but now it is really difficult for me to keep quiet can any one help me ..My mobile number is [protected] not sure about the process to sue the company but as like other I am a hardwork earned money so its really a very pain when someone loots 17000 money by sending the defect product and no response by the company.
