Hello I have purchased my Phone on . My phone is not getting switched on . So i have called customer service . They asked me that they will arrange a pick up for the phone . But its been one month, I have not got any reply for the same . I am attaching the mailing trail . Please have a look and let me now if you need any thing else apart from that .
