Wickedleak — Not repairing my phone

I had bought a whammy note 3 which got some hardware issue. I had sent the phone to them after repairs they sent the phone back but with the same problems for which it is sent. I send the phone again and again it came back with same problems. Now when I sent the phone again they sent back the phone without repairs again and now they are not ready to repairs. They are not reimbursing the amount of courier charges as promised.
