I had purchased Wammy neo 3 from your company on 18/08/2015.

I have a problem in my phone.it is not starting up after pressing power button.
only display of wammy neo 3.it does not going forward.
Let me know what to do next ?
how can i get my phone repaired?
who and how my phone will collected from my home?
Plz reply on urgent basis.
