1.As soon i received phone through courier i check the phone, on back side cover it was white painted scratches was there, i complaint several time for new flap cover but they say it will get in sometime. 2. Received a Black note when I ordered for a white piece - explanation given was "White is out of stock" - 3. Did not give a back cover as promised - still following up - getting regular excuses, you will get it in some time 4. battery back up is very poor not as per they commit on there site
