I ordered a bag from Flipkart on 16th October, 2020. But now I am facing some problem with this bag. The bag torn from the steaching area. I see that I was eligible to claim the warranty as there is 187 months warranty policy. So, I went to the Wildcraft Showroom which is located at Lindsay st, Fire Brigade Head Quarter, Esplanade, Dharmatala, Taltala, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700087. But at the location there was no Wildcraft showroom. So, I called the Wildcraft Customer Care from the loaction but they told me that they don't know the exact location of their showroom. But for the covid situation I can't go outside again and again.
I am very disappointed for customer care executive behaviour. I will attach the photo of the torned area of the bag. Please check it and assure me about the warranty. Can I eligible for the Warranty? After your confirmation I will go to the Wildcraft showroom to claim the Warranty. And I also want to tell you that I can see that your company used the loiw quality of material to produce the bag and other things. For that reason the product damaged easily and quickly.
Please help me as soon as possible and as soon as you can. Because this is very urgent to me to change my bag. Because the will not be used more days.
