Hi

This is in reference to the ORDER NUMBER O617f6c which was placed on 5th Aug'22 & it's prepaid. There're 2 items into the order. The status of one item is showing as delivered but it's not actually delivered to me & despite repeated complaints to wildcraft customer care they've neither shared any proof of delivery nor refunded the money till date. Instead they've cancelled the other item into the order & refunded that amount. Whereas the actual issue is still unresolved.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I have order Jacket form Wildcraft website online on 17th July 2022.

    I received delivery on 21st July 2022 but in that accessories of caring bag was missing.

    Raise the complain with custom care of wildcraft team # 1089216.

    After two week of follow up on 9th August i got mail conformation about that visit the wildcraft store with invoice copy.

    According to mail confirmation on 11th August 2022 I have visit Seawood wildcraft store but that it was under renovation and was ask to visit other store.

    So on the same day i.e. on 11th August 2022 i visited R city mall Wildcraft store but they refuse to give even after showing Invoice copy and mail confirmation since they do not have extra that can be handed over to me.

    I call the custom support department and Invoice them about issue but they didn't had any solution and they need more 48 hours to resolve the issue.

    I ask if they cannot give my missing Item they give me the refund and arrange the reverse pick up but they also they refuse.

    Appreciate your help on this issue.

          No action taken against the issue I am facing I ordered t shirt from wildlife official app and I received a very badly stained T shirt and I raised a complaint about it but still since 9 days no action taken against that.

              Address: Wildcraft store Gopalan signature mall, old madras road bangalore

              I had strap issue and a zip issue, as my bag is still under warranty period, I have submitted for a repair of my bag strap and zip. I got a call from the store where I submitted saying bag is not hygienic. (see the bag in photo, how else the bag which I use everyday for almost 4 years would be!)

              And when I asked about ther specific reason what do they mean hygienic, they are saying due to COVID reasons most of the bags are getting rejected. I would like to know how COVID spreads thru bag? as I myself from a medical profession, couldn’t believe.

              Even thou my bag is clean, company is trying to avoid giving service, disgusting. I would like ask company to resolve this issues at the earliest.

                My thought was that wild craft was one of the very good reputed brand. So I bought this bag( item I’d 12243, WIKI PACK 2 holo blue school bag) in march 2022, when I Started using this I was not satisfied with the bag (strap is sliding on my shoulder, so I always wanted to adjust it) and I have no time to complaint about this in direct.So last week when I got some time I went to the wildcraft showroom (forum Vijaya mall, Chennai)I didn’t get proper response and the behaviour of that particular shopkeeper was so rude..I was very disappointed about his behaviour…didn’t expect this kind of attitude towards the customer in a well reputed brand.
                (Note : I have a 5 year warranty card for this product)

                Hope my problem will be resolved asap!

                  In this week on Monday[protected] My bag was a bit torn from inside, so I gave it to the wild craft outlet which is located in 'R City Mall, Ghatkopar west, Mumbai 400086'. And after submitting my bag I asked for receipt for proof of bag submitted by my end. But even after 5 days they didn't gave me any receipt and not even called me. Even I call them once for asking the receipt. They said "will send you" and still not received any kind of mail or receipt. Please have a look and resolve it as soon as possible. I need my bag repair as quickly as possible. Thank you.

                            I purchased a Wildcraft W95 mask from Apollo Pharmacy, Delhi on 22.12.2021.
                            However, I am not satisfied with the product as its faulty. Hence, I raised the issue with wildcraft team via e-mail requesting to either replace the product or refund my money.
                            The issue was raised on 05.01.2022 but despite providing the team with necessary pictures and invoice copy, no solution has been given to me till date! All I received were a couple of emails saying it will take more time to resolve the issue.
                            Its been 2 months now and its high time that the issue be resolved by now.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      I have complained(#650946) regarding the leakage in the pant. And i have sent the pant 6 months before to their service centre on 2nd sept 2021. They said they will solve the issue in 10 working days after repeated mails they have been telling that the issue is forwarded, concerned team is working on it. Till now issue is not solved nor the product is returned. I have paid 1995rs for the product and not able to use it coz of their fault in the product and now its been 6 months i sent the product. i have raised complaint through National Consumer Helpline. Even from there i got the same reply. I’m worried tat they have damaged my product. They have my original invoice as well. I want my refund for the product. Very worst customer service.
                                      Kindly solve the issue at the earliest and help me to get my refund.
