Wilka — received wrong delivery

I ordered 3 combo kurti from this wilka website order i'd: 7815177 reference id: 30720
Tracking i'd : pkrc[protected] but they delivered an old dirty saree. Please against them a file and i want my money back. Please do something on this company. And there is return option on their website, and no number visible/wrong number and wrong address is visible.

I had ordered pure cotton combo 3kurti but i received wrong product (Saree) but i could not able to return it also bcoz cancel option is not there. I really dissatisfied with this service. Requesting u help help me.
Please look in to this matter. Because rs:700 rupees not a small amount.

Have ordered for a long kurti set of 2 but I have received a product of 1saree really disappointed. I want return the product but there no return option and no customer service number this is fraud company I want my money back.
