Wilka — wrong product delivered, that too used torn dirty saree instead of gagra

Ordered for a pair of gagra on 8.10.19. But received a saree in a dialapated condition, which is used, dirty & fully torn which is not even used by beggars. This is a clear case of organised cheating, which is spoiling the reputation of an esteemed company / dealer like you.
