Hi,

I have ordered birthday cake on 13-Feb-2021 at 3:30 PM and i have got the delivery at 10:20 PM which is of no use to me.I was waiting for the cake delivery till 8 PM and finally i bought a cake from outside and celebrated my birthday. I tried to call their customer care no of times but their no is busy all the time. So I have not accepted the delivery of the cake. Now i have got the message that cake is successfully delivered. I m very frustrated because of this and i want my money back since winni has fail to fulfilled the order in time. Also when contact their customer care they simply said no refund is not possible.
I have not got the delivery of the cake and now they are not returning my money also. What kind of service is this.
I feel cheated and want my money back. Kindly help.
