With regards to previous complain on my order that it was not delivered on time and no status was updated now I am writing to express my extreme disappointment that the order, is now marked as "delivered, " but the recipient has not received it.

I raised a complaint here on this forum but I noticed that the issue is marked as "resolved" even though the matter has not been addressed or rectified. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of response and action taken to resolve my concern.

Could you please intervene, and I request that this issue be escalated and that I receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

I am writing to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with the services provided by Winni.in on Valentine's Day, 2024.

Having placed an order for a cake for my wife on February 14th, 2024, through their website www.winni.in, my expectations were set high, given the promised 2-hour delivery window displayed on their platform. However, my experience turned out to be a complete letdown.

To start with, I paid Rs 1000 for the cake and selected the delivery time of 1 PM. Unfortunately, the cake was delivered a staggering eight hours later at 9 PM. This significant delay not only violated the promised delivery window but also disrupted the special plans I had in mind for the occasion. To make matters worse, there was no communication from Winni.in regarding the delay, leaving me frustrated and uninformed.

Adding insult to injury, Winni.in charged an extra fee for the delivery, a service that was far from satisfactory. The website showcases appealing images of their products, creating an expectation of high-quality items. However, the reality was starkly different. The cake delivered was not only subpar but could be described as nothing short of pathetic.

Attempting to seek redress, I tried to contact their customer care through the provided phone number, only to discover that it was out of service. The live chat option on their website proved equally futile, as it appeared to be automated and provided no real assistance. This lack of accessible customer support added to the overall frustration of the experience.

One of the most disheartening aspects of this ordeal was the realization that Winni.in outsources its orders to local vendors, who, in this case, failed to meet the promised standards. The disparity between the showcased images and the actual product delivered was evident, suggesting a lack of quality control and accountability.

Despite the 5-star ratings displayed on their website, my personal encounter with Winni.in has led me to question the authenticity of those reviews. I am inclined to believe that they may be misleading or, worse, manipulated to create a favorable image.

In conclusion, my experience with Winni.in on Valentine's Day was not just disappointing but also frustrating and infuriating. The late delivery, lack of communication, substandard product, and unresponsive customer service have left me with a bitter taste. I strongly advise against using Winni.in for any future purchases and hope that others can learn from my unfortunate experience.

Cake ordered on 9th aug 2023 as gullab jamun and they given rasgulla cake which was broken and with very dirty packing I told winni and they said we can't place a refund we will reorder tommorw what's the point of ordering next day I told them I want refund they said no https://www.winni.in/ order number[protected]

The product I ordered was supposed to be delivered on 10th August 2023 but as per tracking status it has not yet been shipped. Also, the customer care has refused to even cancel my order or provide refund and they are providing false information that product has been shipped.

I placed an order for white lilies, which were delivered promptly. However, I was disappointed to find that along with the lilies, they included old yellow roses of extremely poor quality. I promptly contacted WINNI customer care to express my concern, but their response was limited to acknowledging the delivery of lilies. The purpose of sending a bouquet is to evoke a sense of joy, yet WINNI's inclusion of subpar yellow roses completely undermined this intention and left me dissatisfied.

I had ordered a cake on 30.06.2023 for a birthday occasion. The cake had a bad odour and foul taste.
I wrote to Winni regarding the same and asked for my refund. They called me after 2 days and asked whether I had cake with me or not. I told them I had few slices of cake left however major portion was distributed hence it was thrown.
They insisted that if the cake was bad why did we eat. I told them it was not consumed but thrown since it was distributed.
I asked for grievance officer no. or mail Id. She denied saying she does not have authority.
Winni has been cheating with people. This is the second instance with me. I insist that winni must be held accountable for poor quality of cakes delivered.

Pls take action for such kind of irresponsible behaviour by winni.

I ordered beer shaped cake for my father on his 70th birthday for a small party and the cake was not worth it. Firstly the cake was delivered vary late at the end of the day, they just wait to deliver the cake at the last slot that too at the very last moment, secondly the cake was not at all what I ordered the shape was very bad and not what I saw on the image and lastly the taste of the cake was not good the outer layer of the cake was so hard that no one can have it. All of our guest left the cake and did not enjoy it what a disappointment for all o[censored]s. We had to throw the cake as no one liked it and when I contacted the customer care they were very rude and irresponsive and did not care to bother. I am very disappointed with the services of winni and would not recommend to anyone. They are not here for customer satisfaction.

I ordered beer cake for my father’s 70th birthday and the cake was not delivered on time they wait till the end of the day to deliver cake, secondly the cake does not look like beer cake which I saw and ordered and lastly the taste of the cake was not worth it to Ben the outer layer of cake was so hard that no one can have it it was total waste. The guest were so disappointed with the cake ultimately we had to throw the cake and when I contacted the customer care they did not even listen and not at all supportive. I feel like cheated by them and they oil not recommend winni to anyone. Please be aware of such type of services they don’t know how to deal with customer and they don’t work for customer satisfaction

I have ordered a cake for my father's 70th birthday the quality of the cake was the worst ever possible for our company that claims to be a startup unicorn in the food industry. The cake was distributed to every guest who came so 6-7 pieces were distributed none of them could finish the cake the fondant was hard and thick, everybody had to throw the piece of the cake away and on top of it the embarrassed us by saying that the cake wasabsolutely tasteless you could have told us and we would have gotten you a better cake when I raised this complaint to Winnie they asked me to send the pictures, as a proof, and then when I send the pictures of the remaining gig they claim that oh the cake is 70% consumed so we cannot consider this as a complaint you have eaten the cake the best I can do is give you a discount code.. So not only they have the worst cakes but they are CHEATERS, with no respect for customers, their customer care team is full of CHEATERS, I spoke to 3 different people everyone of them spoke the same language, utterly shame cheaters

Ordered a cake for inlaws on 23rd April online payment. Local delivery tie-up rude behaviour with customer. No proper communication. Asking for more money

Redleivery extra rs150 charges taken however again no delivery made. And marked as returned due to no response from customer but all call recordings there and customer verified name also. When went to pickup cake said you deal with third party so talk to them only pathetic it is.

Pathetic service actually no service. No manners no hospitality at all.

I have placed a order in Winni on feb 12 and the item is not yet delivered. The tracking number provided to me is also incorrect. I am not able to track the order. Atleast I need them to refund the amount.

I placed an order[protected] dated 03 Feb 23 on Winni for a Valentine Day Cake for my Valentine (wife) to be delivered between[protected] hrs on 14 Feb (Valentine Day)
However, Winni delivered on 13 Feb 23 to the maid in absence of my wife and by the time my wife reached the address AM 14 Feb the cake had gone bad and the pleasant surprise was also lost
Now winni is refusing to accept their mistake and refund the amount

This is a fake app. I have ordered twice, both these times gifts were not delivered to me. On the app, its showing its delivered to me.

This a fake delivery app. I placed the order on 14th Feb'23. They collected 1100 rs for flower delivery. I have got the message that the delivery is done. But I have not received the order.
Cannot connect with them on phone number mentioned on the website. No response on whatsapp and no reply from their email.

They charge for a nice product but deliver the cheapest one.

This is a team of fraud people. The product delivered was very very late and even different from the order. It was cheaper and not what is shown on the website. No balance refund provided . No response at all on helpline numbers. Beware of such frauds

I have placed my ordered at 9:15 at 11:47 it shows as delivered, but the order was not yet delivered, for midnite delivery they charged extra amount too, i paid everything through online, But those guys not delivered anything

I was happy customer till last month, recently I ordered cake for my bro.s birthday. I have given his mobile number.When they called he was in meeting.So he couldn't attend the phone. But address and landmarks are very much clear for delivery. But they didn't deliver the cake and they refused to give refund also. If wanted delivery they asked me to pay another Rs.150. So please don't order cake or gift items from Winni. They don't have any moral value for valued customers.Even when I contact customer care they did not care about my complaints/issues happened. They are very much arrogance and adamant on their stand which is disappointed.

Hello - winni.in took my order for same day delivery of goods worth 1300 . Delivery address is a hospital in Pune . They have marked the order as “ completed” even though they couldn’t deliver it . The reason they gave us they couldn’t reach the phone number on address . There’s no proof they called on the phone . Besides, it’s a hospital and I had marked the patient number in the address - all they had to was drop it at front desk !!! Now they won’t refund my money and claim they completed the order on the contrary even though it couldn’t be delivered . This site has to be banned . As they rip money off consumers . I demand they deduct done delivery charges and refund the rest.

We ordered a 500gm Pineapple cake for the grand total of ₹949/- ( which includes ₹250/- extra charges for midnight delivery) . What we ordered was worthless and felt like we waste our hard-earned money. The cake was below average and without any name/ occasion, which supposed to be written on the cake. This is a fraud online cake shop. Please beware of such online scam. And there online customer care person is not responding and they are not allowing us to put their Rating on there site as it is not good for their fake cake shop. One can see the diffrence in the picture attached.

Ordered a cake for my wife birthday around 07.30am and paid 1500rs including delivery charges. I checked the status online around 5pm and it showed as it is under process. I called the customer support around 8pm to check the status. They said the ordered flavoured cake is not available but they offered another variety. I don't have other option so I accepted it but it was received till 9pm so I called them again they said it not deliverable fr my place but they checked my pin code before accepting order and they charged 300 for delivery. I received cake two time last year so I remember the bakery name where they order locally. I got the bakery number and enquired. They said that winni informed the bakery last minute about the order and they said unable prepare it but their supporting team sitting in chandigarh telling different different reasons each time. Finally the birthday went without cake. Their support team members disconnecting calls without proper information. Worst service.

The cake was ordered online and suppoesses to be delivered between 3pm-4pm on Aug 18th, 2022 for which they charged Rs. 200 separately. The cake was delivered by 12 noon in a damaged condition. The executives at Winni are now not addressing the issue professionally and instead only trying different ways so that they don't have to replace the cake on time Or refund the full amount. Being such a big company they can't even handle delivery of a 2kgs cake, highly disappointed.

Order not delivered as I write this complaint (6 PM)
I paid extra for getting order delivered before 2 PM, they did not, cusomer care was very very rude and said we dont guarantee anything

Dont deliver on time and after partial delivery giving wrong update that all the products are delivered.

I had ordered a pull up birthday cake for my fiancé in Goa. The website shows a picture perfect cakes for every occasion which make anyone fall for it and want to order. I paid around 1600 plus 300 service charges for the cake since it was listed in the premium category but when my fiancé sent me a pic of the cake I was shocked. In reality what they deliver is far from it. Its rather not even close to the regular bakery standards. The writings had smudges and the worse thing they could have done was over write the letters again with a diff colour… I was very embarrassed since the cake looked horrible. It tasted very different and dry and loaded with sugar, even a novice would make a better cake.

After all this drama we called the customer care forget being apologetic the agent told me "the Flavour is the same" my god if I wanted only the flavour I would have ordered another cake a normal cake which would have been less costlier I told the same to the agent then he was like as a good gesture will we will give you 200 rs in winni wallet I was shocked it's not the matter about money but the courtesy to acknowledge the fact that the cake look far from the pics they have put up online. I am taking this up in the consumer forum. Please never order from this place. The

Please stay away from winni. They serve you poop cakes. Please do not go by the pictures on their website its all fake … should be tagged as a fake company.

I can produce all the picture proofs on demand.
