Dear concern,

I have ordered a delightful chocolate cake from winni for my wife's birthday, they delivered simple white creamy cake with poor test and poor quality. I have immediately wrote email and spoke with customer care executive (Mr. Sachin at around 7.15 pm on date 16th oct'18) he said you can use the delivered cake and we will make you refund, moreover i had not used that cake and wrote back again to either replace my cake or refund my money back but they had not replaced and denied to refund. Here are details, all evidences are enclosed for your reference. Please help me to get my money back.
