Winni — Fraud with product delivery

I have ordered a cake online from Winni.in amounting Rs. 949(paid online) Order Detail[protected], on Sep 29, 2020 for delivery on Oct 10, 2020. After 10 days they have delivered a very different product than what I ordered amounting to Rs 350.(Invoice attached in below photos)

When I asked them for refund they denied and told me to consider what they have sent. This a case of gross fraud as the product I have ordered and paid for is completely different from what they had delivered.
Moreover the price of the cake they delivered is 3 times less than what they have charged me online. It is gross violation of COPRA Act 2019 and they are refusing to acknowledge it.

Moreover the place from where they have delivered the CAKE is 20 metre away from the delivery location. Yet they have charged Rs. 200 for that. I came to know about that after I got the invoice mentioning the address of the bakery after the cake got delivered. So much exploitation of consumers. Strict action needs to be taken against such despotism.

Just for comparison I have attached pictures of what I ordered and what I got and also the bill along with it.
