Their team reached out to me and asked if I need their help with Canada PR to which I said no but they called me several times and forced me to try their services with the refundable fees. I decided to give it a go but I didn't avail any of their services and understood that I shouldn't have signed up for this but it was their marketing and constant calls that forced me to sign up for it.
