Their team reached out to me and asked if I need their help with Canada PR to which I said no but they called me several times and forced me to try their services with the refundable fees. I decided to give it a go but I didn't avail any of their services and understood that I shouldn't have signed up for this but it was their marketing and constant calls that forced me to sign up for it. I have been told by immigration consultant named pooja working in winny immigration for giving 15000 as registration fees but not giving refund even though not availed the services.

I have enquire for Canada permit around 5 years ago. They had a plan for guarantee PR having cost of 2.5 lakh rupees except the flight ticket at that time, and in some discount scheme if we pay it in one time, they charge only 1.5 lakhs rupees. Hence being made up my mind, i have paid the fees for whole. Although I have noticed that, not a single call or look after a customer by the team. Not anymore interested in us. Their classes at ahmedabd were worst. While enquiry to the office, they said proceed i[censored] wish, we are not guarantee for your visa neither your fees will be returned. Then after I decided to give a try, even though, at every step they were asking for different type of fees for some listed processes. I asked then for what you have collected 1.5 lakhs rupees, they said it was consulting charge. I have tried to complain at higher authority, but they too were hopeless.

I receive a call from Winny Immigration Ahmedabad for offer they provide me same as told me that they have currently discount/offer for me for CANADA PR constultancy fees & this is limited period offer and entreaty to me to come & meet them.
I met them they gave temptation and refuse me to pay fees of Rs. 88500/- in advance further whenever I interest for apply CANAD PR (EE APPLICATION) then they will process till then they will HOLD fees.
I’m confused they don’t give me time to think & I have paid full fees of Rs. 88500/- via card in advance after few days they call me to come and meet at their office & gave me RETAINER AGREEMENT for sign on dtd: 24 Sep, 2018 where I force to signed.
Let me clearify that I have paid amount of Rs 88500/- total where I never-ever take any kind of services from them till date. When I requested for refund they rudely replied “You requested for refund consultancy fees paid to Winny. We regret to inform you that refund of consultancy fees paid to Winny is totally nonrefundable as per policies” I have requesting/beg some many times for refund of amount but denied my request and picking my calls.

This company is a big fraud.
While applying in this company they promise you so many things and provide you so many hopes.
They told me that I’ll get my ECA by3-4 months but they just started my process after 1 month and got my ECA after 5-6 months so they delayed 3 months there.
They told me I’ll get my NOC with in 1 month till date after 5 months i did not get my noc.
They told me they’ll male my resume after 15 days but still didn’t make my resume.
They still not started job search for me.
Their executive don’t know anything.
I’ve to tell them to do things so that my file can progress further.
They even dont call you and don’t receive your call or call back you.
Everytime they just give excuses.
Pathetic service at all.

I am Devang Gohel and I am writing this to draw your attention to the poor service provided by your company. I have been registered since 2 and half year with the organization to proceed ahead for Canada PR process for which I have paid approximately 1 lac fees. Talking about the support in terms of teaching IELTS, guidance from the counsellor, booking exam date and the next process is totally zero.
There is no response from your end since 2 years. I am dissatisfied with your staff and counsellors who are changing and totally lazy to solve my problem because I myself went to Anand office 5 to 10 times but still I was told that a call will be received from Ahmedabad as there is no staff in Anand. I have already attempted to resolve this problem by dropping mails numerable times and visiting office from my busy schedule, however I was told that you will receive a call which I have'nt. I have contacted from my end only as if I am asking for the service for FREE even after paying such a huge amount. Even the counsellor named Dipil is not ready to fill basic forms. If I had to do the form filling process myself why would I register with your immigration.
This kind of service is effecting my career as it has been 2 and half year since we have applied and planning to go to Canada, given exam twice and achieving overall 6 bands(which is claimed as low but still Wimmy immigration is showcasing advertisements and promotions displaying and promising PR in 5 bands only on various social media platforms namely Instagram and SMS) which is FAKE and FALSE. However, this is really like taking someone's career for granted.Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved even after asking how we should proceed ahead for more than hundred times. The case officer keeps on changing and i have to rake follow up from them as they are not bothered. I am tired of calling again and again and now they are mailing me the agreement of non refund, even after not providing a single service and we are still in india even after 2 and a half years of applying. People on customer care also talk very rudely. Worst experience as these people are spoiling careers and taking a huge some of money approximately 1 lac.
I am hereby requesting that you kindly refund me the amount as soon as possible or we are bound to take some legal actions against your organization.

The worst service Ever we received, no followup no update only they added email to get draw things that much only, ince you have money all wasted..no one bother. I have wasted all 2 years my points, my age points even they guided wrong my points could have reached but due to their worst service they didn't care and now not providing the service as its going to expire the agreement soon so they will need money. Never ever trust this people and never try to go to winny, this is the worst consultancy ever now day by day getting their reality and bad reviews from every where..

At the time of admission they promise me to start offline classes when ever government allows but recently government has been announced the offline classes for competitive exams centre but they are giving me fake excuses and told me it is not possible to start offline classes at rajkot city now I am tensed for my IELTS exams and my future

I will not suggest anyone go with Winny Immigration as I tried for Canada PR via Winny Immigration for my wife (before marriage). They asked for services charges in advance, we paid fully with tax in single-shot, And initially, they started well in between the COVID period. But when the contact person left from Winny Immigration, my wife got the mail from the company side for the change of contact person but that person never contacted us nor any reply on our calls. So, please everyone…. be cautious.

I was continuously pushed for making a payment for my canada PR application by Winny Immigration. Once the payment of 59, 000 was made on 19th Feb, 2020, my concerns are not addressed. Agreement was sent after only the payment was made. However, I do not want to engage with them for I cannot trust them. Request refund. No services have been availed.

Hi there, well i have applied with my family under program aipp last year. Paid almost 60000 inr. The thing is the person who provided service mr biren patel was there and committed that 100% you will get success under this program, as i asked is there any chance to not to get pr.. He said there is no chance to get negative response in your case. As you have strong file... After they provided the link we continued applied from last one year.. We tired as not getting responses from employer... We got few responses was like this...
"you should have canada visa or physically should be here then you can apply for this.."
After i been to office and come to know that mr biren is already left his job. Now... I begged them to return my money as i am not happy with your service and commitment so would like to withdraw my file...
They deny it and not giving any response..
I am personally not recommend to anyone to apply for pr... And yes if you have more then 7 bands anyone can apply so plzzzz don't weast your hard earn money as they will simply said sorry we can not do anything...

Winny immigration had given fake commitment that the fees will be refunded if we cancel the process but now they are not standing on their commitment.

I had applied for Canada immigration since September 2019 and I hade paid 75000 INR, but no any call received from my file process person Mr.amit Goswami and when I was called him he was not received call.i had done continue phone call and once he received call then I asked about file process but no any response taken from him.from last 4 month no any call received from him for update and for next step.this is very disappointed and against business ethics.i want to refund my money and don't want to process file.

I had contacted winny in june 2017 and paid the amount as part of the fee for processing my pr file. I was given promises that if i score about 6 band i will get pr through pnp if not ee.

First of all, after that they have never approached me upfront, everytime i have to call and ask about the progress.. (Let me mention my ielts score was overall 7 bands.) i never get email replies immediately. And the most biggest thing they kept me under dark is they created my ee profile and never suggested me any further process for pnp such that eoi is necessary or which pnp i want to apply etc. Thus how 2 years passed and nothing happened. When i asked for refund the reply was we have never promised for the success of your pr.

I had contacted winny for pnp canada due to my less ielts score. They gave positive reply and take about 94400 app.
Amount. Then misguided my profile with ee. And i had contacted my registration office abroad 3 times. They take 47000 app. For quebec extra and due to fault refund me all due to their problem. I had contacted ho ahmedabad for same but after accepting fault they only ready to give only 20000 inr. If it is none refundable amount and not there fault then why they ready to give 20000 one back.
Totally playing with client profile and misguided them. I have many proof against them from mail communication and other also. I am going to take legal action against all so they never do like this with others.

I had went to winny for canada express entry immigration... I met nadeem sales executive there... I made full payment as confirmed later on i joined to winny for ielts ielts faculty there is the worst who is not interfaced in teaching.. On 4 th day i had stopped going to winny none of the staff called me to ask why i am not attending lectures... Than i called again after 2 month i got statement that we had hired new faculty she is smart enough...

Ielts staff is full too time pass not interested in teaching mr abhishek kumar manager of surat is the worst guy not at all liable to do his job... Rather restigate him and go for some other manager... He is totally nonsense person without any manners...
Even staff is just interested in making business services are not been provided... Winny staff are saying that ielts faculty was not good prior so have changed the faculty.. I want my money refund...

Had opted for canada immigration express entry, had paid complete amount worth rs 88000/-. I had just gone for ielts coaching rather than 10 days, neither any executive from winny called me to understand why i am not attending classes. Even when i met mr abhishke kumar manager @ surat branch he was completely rubish guy not even have sense to speak to customer. I had request to refund my amount as surat winny is thw worst with faculty and staff.

I have a friend who was looking forward to move to canada and got name of this winny consultancy. I had called them once to inquire about timings and appointment but they close before my office time i. E. 7pm so it was not feasible for us to go and meet.

That is how they got my contact number and its been more then 4 months and they still keep bothering me. Have told them and explained to them in all ways a human can talk and converse with a human but they just do not get it.

Never ever call them even for inquiry as they will not leave you unless they have extracted maximum money from you without getting any work done from their end.

I and my wife enquired for Canada PR and were given an appointment with a lady named Divya Gupta. She provided us with the information and process. However, she was rude and not only that, she literally seemed to have no concern with our issues. Her gestures and her tone was too offending.

This complaint might not make any difference to them as they might be sending thousands like me to Canada daily. But at the end of the day, a customer lost is a business lost. It is my honest suggestion which I think the management should take it positively. "Treat people nicely- they depend on your expert advice does not mean they do not have their self-respect"

I trusted Winny and have not approached any other Immigration Companies. But this was a bad experience.

I have registered for canada pr at the company and also paid around rs. 80, 000 before 2 years. There is no follow up from them as well as whenever i want appointment, they will not allow me to meet. They were not suggested any other programs about canada pr. When i first met with counselor, she told me you will get pr within 6 months but till date i will not get pr. I have less points in express entry but there are other ways to go to canada which they never disclosed to me. When i want to apply for pnp programs, they demand fees for that and told me i required to register again as old registration was expired. I do not suggest anyone to register there. Do not trust blindly on them. I lost my money with no results. They are just making money.

First of all, they are not good for pr candidates, they never give updates regarding express entry, never tell you about expiry of express entry. I have applied 2 years before & already paid fees around rs. 1.25 lakhs, now when i want to renew my profile, they told me to pay rs. 1 plus service tax. They had never told this earlier. They are fraudsters. I also told that i will pay nominal charges for renewal like rs. 5, 000 but they are still not ready for the same & told me to withdraw your application from winny.

I applied for PNP for Canada on 5th August 2015 and I paid 2, 28, 000/- without any second thought because of loyal brand. It was the first installment. Total I have to pay 5 installment of 2, 28, 000 and visa charges extra. From very beginning I cleared them that 1. I have only business experience and no any job experience. Thats why I cannot provide salary slip, form16 and other job documents. The information that counselor gave was like : 1. I will surely get visa. 2. I have to only provide experience certificate. 3. After getting job offer letter everything would be positive(but it was not mentioned in agreement) 4. The category is not point based. 5. The risk is of only 50k, if I wont get job offer letter.(But after going home and reading agreement letter thoroughly I found that risk is of total 13 lakhs if I get job offer letter) But the big mistake I did is that I signed agreement without reading in which everything was written on their favor only. I was called on 14th August 2015 for document checklist. File was transferred from attendant to document advisor. So I asked them for which category I am applying LMIA or some other. Document advisor replied me that you must be knowing and you may ask the attendant. He also told me that it is point based category(it alerts me why there are confused - attendant is saying that it is not point based and document advisor is saying that it is point based category) . So it was cleared that even they lack knowledge. There it was mentioned of providing job documents like duty letter, appointment letter, salary slip, form 16. In addition to this they informed me that Canadian Immigration would not consider business experience and on other side they are asking me to show my business document. Is this not misleading, misguiding ? And what I know that form16, salary slip is something I cannot provide them and for this reason I asked for refund on 25th August, first of all they denied to refund a single penny, as it was mentioned in agreement letter. Then I informed them that agreement letter is between you and me, you too know there is not a single work that is done from your side, I havent provided a single document, whats the process that you did from your side. Anyhow they were ready to refund money by deducting 57k from the amount(2, 28, 000) and I asked them that for what purpose you are deducting 57k, they told me that I have to pay as an administration charges. Because of my helplessness, I too have to ready for the remaining amount because my money was trapped and I was in critical condition. They refunded me the remaining amount(1, 71, 000) on 05th October 2015. In August there was curfew in Ahmedabad due to Patidar rally for reservation. Internet connectivity was lost. How can they justify the administration charges Rs.57k for 10 days(from 14th August 2015 to 25th August) and that also I have not provided single document. It was proved that they do not have any work ethics and moral, they are simply money oriented by hook or crook. Once they got the money they becomes king and do whatever they want. Finally what I realize that it was my mistake that I went and trusted Winny Immigration. They took full advantage of my helplessness because I signed agreement by trusting them. The reason I asked for refund is: 1. I found that there was lack of knowledge so I cannot put my 13lakhs on risk. 2. I cannot provide the job documents which I cleared them from first day. 3. Showing business experience that is not related to my education background is like deceiving to me. At the first approach they ask for payment before any kind of proceedings. They will make sure you are at fault when asked for refund. Consultancy do not have any right of taking our money without any reason. If anyone can help me out with refund, please help me.
