[Resolved]  Wiom Internet — No internet

I recharged my internet connection on 28/05/2022 but since then I am unable to access internet. I have complain several times to its customer care[protected]but they always giving 24 hrs waiting time but one is coming.
Also they have hidden charges 10 rupees per day as a penalty (if you don't recharge it) which they didn't let me know at the time of connection.
Device ID: 32716.

Kindly get this issue resolved.

internet disconnect before 4-5 bill due dates my device id 20157 every month i faced the same problem the backend team they don't know customer recharge end date and very very poor customer care team they cannot resolve my problem
