I face almost 1 mont problem in wifi from 2 months using always no internet access shown when i am going to online classes so i want refund and remove cnnection of this month but they are refusing and and even not fixing issue....

I had installed Wiom WiFi, but then a technician named Sudhir told me to switch to his WiFi service, claiming it would work better. I also contacted Wiom customer care, and they raised a ticket, but they did nothing. The technician removed my Wiom WiFi and installed his own.

Later, my bank processed an autopay payment for Wiom. When I spoke to him about it, he removed his WiFi as well, and now I don't have any WiFi router.br...

Wiom broadband gives a worst internet service. Its been 3 days there internet service is down, called there customer care but they are only repeating the same thing that " we will provide u the internet service within 24 Hours". Although this is not for the first time, last time they took more then a week providing internet. I don't think that giving a ₹20 apology coupon as off on future data plan is fair enough I guess!! Worst Service Ever... I have never experienced such a poor service. When you call on their Customer Care they just registered the complaint and raise a ticket, but they don't resolve it. Whenever I recharged my plan it reflects "Connected without Internet". And the worst part is that no one has visited to see the issue also. The person named as Aniket Singh (Technician of my area) always make fool of me and not even bothered to visit the place. Previously I recharged my plan and wasted around 15 to 20 days but they have not solved my problem. Expecting a call from higher management

I book a wiom network slot of 450 per month plan but the service provider refused to install this plan they say me to install 3 months plan of 1250 but I don't need this plan they directly say no to install the one month plan

My internet is not working since 3 days. And even after complaining there is no response.

But on 14th sep around 11am there internet stopped working I called they said to me that they will soon RESOLVE YOUR problem in 24 hrs but today is 17th sep. Till today approx 96hrs are completed yet my problem is not resolved I am facing lots of problem bcuz of this I have to attend so many lecture I just ### frustrated then in 2nd day to till today I said if you're unable to resolve my problem then just refund my money and take back your [censored] router then they just ignore me device no 120647

I want to shift my WiFi, but I am being harassed for the last 6 days so much that I am not being heard at all. I am talking to customer care two to three times daily Despite many calls, I am not getting any calls from anyone nor is anyone asking what is the matter of shifting. No, I'm getting worried. Wiom became very upset with the company for 6 days Even when the call of wiom company comes, it is a missed call bad service customer care

Dear friends this is a fraud company. They will advertise more but they will not sort ur net related problem.they every time register ur complain but never sort the net issue. This is my advise not to take wiom net instead take direct net connect by ur area service provider as they don't have their own net they forward ur contact number to ur local net provider person. Very bad and fraud company

This is to inform using Wiom network service data plan 1month validity is not working. Still plan validity has not expired.
It happens after a day's now that Wiom connection gets lost, n shows no access of internet.
Kindly check with Wiom dept. to access the internet asap.

Hey i took a 30 day plan but its not connecting now i took it on last of September roughly annd today is only 15 th day and they are declining my sign in page for using there internet service please respond and resolve as soon as possible . As i have to work via internet

Company that their recharge plan is 399/month but when I recharge they shown that your 28days plan is activated that is real fraud I want my money back or increase the validity

I am registered a complaint on date 16.08.22, time 3.09 pm.vide no.6542.But tiil the time my internet connection is not working and not solved the issue.So please you take urgently action for issue the complaint.

Maine March m connection Liya.tha. wiom ne Bola Fibre connection hoga aur 399 50mbps speed hogi. 2 month ke baad pta chala Fibre connection nhi kiya. Mere pehle jisse wifi connection chal rha tha. Usi wire m wiom ne apna connection lga diya. Aur chalu kar diya. Jo ek normal connection tha. In 2 month m speed ke liye Maine bhut complaint ki. But kisi ne ye nhi Bola ye normal connection h. Fibre m fixed speed rehti h. After that Maine complaint ki. 1.5 month baad sirf wire change ki h. But aaj tak router chalu nhi kiya. Aur wiom app pe overdue payment show hota rehta h ab btao kiski galti h. Mjhe iska refund chaiye...

I buy a coupon of 20 rupees after three days I face the internet range problem please fix this problem

I recharge my device id 33892 at 3rd of June and after that I face several internet crashes and my internet is also not working from 10th of June day in my router the los light blinking and i call service center for this problem but they always give 24hrs time and don't resolve the problem.and i also asked my complaint no and they give 78736 this number for regarding my complaint

Also they have hidden charges 10 rupees per day as a penalty (if you don't recharge it) which they didn't let me know at the time of connection.
