Wiom Internet — Worst internet service

Wiom broadband gives a worst internet service. Its been 3 days there internet service is down, called there customer care but they are only repeating the same thing that " we will provide u the internet service within 24 Hours". Although this is not for the first time, last time they took more then a week providing internet. I don't think that giving a ₹20 apology coupon as off on future data plan is fair enough I guess!! Its just our loss we took over by choosing such a worst company's internet service and not giving the refund for the same. I would advise other not to get a connection from this "wiom" company or else u will regret.
