Wipro — About my background verification

Resume I'd is 25175625
While I uploading my education details for my background varification.my all documents are clear and visible but it's not submitting due to this reason I am unable to upload my further details so plz help in this .i uploaded one screen shot of that too.its showing like u have to submit your 10th and 12th .I did my diploma i selected as my intermidiet is diploma so plz help in this
