Wipro — Alumni portal credentials and Payslip request

My Employee ID: 40031749. I have left Wipro in 2019. And, I received my testimonial letter but I don't have a payslip for the last three months with me.

I have tried many ways to connect with Wipro. I don't have access credentials to the alumni portal either.

Please let me know a way to get the documents.

I am in need of it in a very short span.
