Wipro — Alumni Portal Sign in issue

My AD ID is 20125221 and my last working day was 24th March 2021. Previously I used to sign in into the alumni portal but now I was unable to sign in and it takes me to the sign up page. After providing Email id and password for Sign in, the OTP is generated and after providing the OTP it takes me to the sign up page for validation, and then the message appears as 'You are already a registered user. Please Sign In to proceed', but there is no sign in option. I want to sign in into the alumni portal regarding the PF.
