My AD ID is 20209398 and my last working day was 29th April 2022. I am unable to sign in and it takes me to the sign up page. After providing Email id and password for Sign in, the OTP is generated and after providing the OTP it takes me to the sign up page for validation, and then the message appears as 'You are already a registered user. Please Sign In to proceed', but there is no sign in option. I want to sign in into the alumni portal for regarding relieving letter and full and final settlement.
