We have purchased Wipro LQDSI 5235 DMP 24 Heavy Duty printer from Gravity Solutions, Kanjikuzhy, Kottyam as per Invoice No. 213 dated[protected]. Our Intention behind purchasing this printer was taking continuous printing of our ledgers, journals, cash book etc. for the whole financial year (i.e. printing of 400-500 pages without break). But unfortunately after printing 20 to 30 pages the priner set off itself and we have to restart the printer for continuing further printing jobs. Wipro's service engineers made several repairs during the warranty period but the problem still exists. Finally we made a written letter on 30th March 2010 for replacing the printer as this was due to the manufacturing defects of the printer. But the comapny did not give ear to our comaplaints nor even respond to our request Due to this, we had incured a considerable loss of stationary as well as time. Exactly this was the responsibility of the company to provide sufficient after sales service and stick to the warranty terms and conditions. Unfortunately they did not provide the required service to us. Please look in to the matter and do the needful so that we will get justice.

My transaction failed while booking e-ticket from Bangalore to chennai on 30/09/2010 but amount is debited from my HDFC account. This has happened on 27/09/2010. I tried to contact the accounts department. But nobody is lifting the phone. At trying 10-20 times even if they lift, the answer I receive is we will verify and refund you. But still no refund has happened.

I have received a mail indicating that that I have been selcted for a job in WIPRO in Senior Executive / Manger post. For that I have to deposit a sum of Rs. 8,250/- in the A/c N0. [protected] in any of the home branch of Korean Bank. The letter is signed by one Mr. R.K.Gupta, Senor Manager, HRD.

This is absolutely a fake letter. The slef designated R.K. Gupta is a fraud.

I have spoken to the WIPRO office in Delhi and they are also saying that it is a fraud.

In the email Mr. Gupta has used the emblem of WIPRO. WIPRO is a very reputed compay and using their emblem in such type of fraud may be stopped.

Authorities are requested to kindly take strict action against this.

stock to the current Stockiest & settle our accounts & collect our NOC to continue the
business in our town & we hope our request will be thankfull.

Hi,

I resigned from Wipro BPO, New delhi on 7th October 2009. My employee ID is 405671. In the month of May, I recieved my relieving letter along with the cheque as my full and final settlement. But to my surprise the cheque was already over six months old and the bank refused to accept it. I have sent it back to TED (Azad Ansari) and have been trying to contact him but he will never reply to my email. I will like to know the status of my cheque whether it has been re-issued or not. Whne will I recieve the cheque?

I received my PF cheque in incorrect naem inmy ICICI bank account . So they have retured that cheque and after that i did not get any call or email or update on mt PF cheque. The cheque details are as follows:- Dheque No:267629, The cheque amount is :-15016 of SBI bank. THe received in my ICICI abnk account number:[protected] on 20 April 2010. The cheque received in my father's name"Shrihari Kadde" wwhich is no right. The cheque should be sent in my name that is "Prerit Shrihari Kadde" . The bank account number is right. we need to wait for the rectification till now... and even the status of the spare availability not communicated..
sir please ... we are from the Ramakrishna Math and our organization having a big reputation in your Company... unfortunately this printer make us very much upset in the way your service persons responded... is it our communication for the printer issue making them troublesome...? we are in very much need of the dot matrix printer and if the service time extend further ... kindly inform through email.... we too know your queue of works....but for the newly purchased printer ....and from day one why that much delay?
