Wipro — Background verification link not working - server error in application

My resume number is 23234857 and I have received the email for background verification process on 16th December, 2021.

I want to bring the issue into your knowledge that the website on which I have to do the Background Verification Process is not responding. I have tried multiple times by logging in the dashboard and then clicking on Background Verification tab - Fill more profile details but after that it only gives the error showing Server error in application.

Kindly help in this regard since only few days are left for completing the process.
