Wipro — BGV link not working, Resume Number[protected] , Superset ID - 1380991

I received a mail on 16 December regarding my BGV but the link given is not working. I have tried each and every day to open the link but the link provided is not working.
I am still facing the issue and unable to upload my document for Background Verification. When I try to open the 'background verification' link and then 'fill more profile details' it shows"Sorry, The page you requested was not found" and shows the image of two birds. I have only a few days left for uploading documents.

Please retrigger my BGV link soon as the last date of BGV submission is near.

I willl be obliged if you could look into this matter and retrigger my BGV link.
