My name is hassan ahmed i am from university of engineering & management, kolkata. Wipro came for campusing on my college. I had my interview and cleared it. I have got the letter of intent on 15-oct-2018. My reference no. Is 8111922 In the letter i have been asked to login to my candidate desktop account and accept the offer but for some reason my user account is locked. I tried resetting the password but it still says "the user account has been locked". Please help me to recover my account because i want to accept the offer.
