Wipro — Cant access wipro alumni portal

Hi
I'm Srayam Gangopadhyay an ex employee of Wipro, my tenure was up to October 2020
Employee ID : 20112148
I'm facing difficulties while signing into the alumni portal to clear the dues and get my relieving letter.

while accessing into the portal i have signed in and also did the otp verification and whiling login I'm reverted back to the [previous page stating that I'm already registered and need to sign in to proceed.

Please help, this is absolutely an horrible experience ti even get access to a portal let alone do the work.
