Wipro — Changing DOJ several time

Hi,
Firstly I received an offer from wipro to join on 22 June so I left my previous job.
After that wipro postpone the joining date to 25th July. Again today I received a call from HR stated that again my joining will postpone to 1 month that is 22 Aug.

Please let me know what is the reason and I am harrshed because i left my job. Help me out.
