Wipro — Complaint regarding Not being able to update details in icims portal

Respected Team,
I am MAHAMMAD JULFI HASINA with superset id:1528182 and resume number:22954220.From past 2 month i have been suffering with background verification issue due to problem with icims portal access.I made all my documents ready when i was announced that i have been selected in wipro.there is no such day where i slept peacefully from 2 months.This job is very crucial and my family need support from me.I pray for you and sincerely request you to look into this issue.I Am severely effected by this problem.All my friends have already submitted their documents successfully, but iam the one who is having this problem.I soncerely and with pain filled words request you to once look into my problem with icims portal.
I will provide my details of icims portal, please once any one of you try it to know wether iam really saying true or not.
