Wipro — Delay in onboarding & not giving same package as they committed

I have applied in Wipro, they revert me back on my mail 2nd Feb 2022 by Divya Veluswamy, then i got a call from Aparnamrutha Bendagiri about the opening. She scheduled my #first interview round on 12th Feb. After clearing that she scheduled #Second Round on 10th March . After 2nd round, she scheduled the HR discussion round on 28th March. My Notice period was of 2 months, i was told that if i will join on 1st June then my package will be xLpa and if i will join before 1st June (i.e before 2 months) then my package would be xxLpa. I got an Offer Letter according to 1st June for #Gurugram #location & HR wordings were to revise my offer letter to xxLpa since I'm joining at a short notice(before 1st June). After discussion with #Aparna, I resigned and decided to join Wipro. I was ready to join Wipro by 18th May but few days before 18th May, #Aparna was not picking up the calls. On 17th May, i got the email address of #hr, so i mailed them about this, then i come to know that #Aparna is hospitalised, Sailaja Yakasiri (Talent Acquisition Lead at Wipro Limited) assured that they will try to join me as early as possible.

On 25 May, i got a call from #Aparna that she is well then but they can't give me the #Gurugram location . After #Resigning from the company and after 13 days they are telling me that they can't give me the desired location as written in #OfferLetter . I compromised the location and decided to join #Bangalore location with same package as i was not having any choice at that time, so #Aparna told me that I ll get the revised Offer Letter by 30th May for Bangalore location. After 30th May, they again started not to pick up my calls, and on mails, they are like, one day #aparna is on leave & the other day #Sailaja is on leave . On 7th June, #Sailaja and #Aparna told me that I will get the revised Offer Letter with Bangalore location after two days and On 10th June, they words are like, " WE CAN'T OFFER YOU THE SAME PACKAGE AS COMMITED BY THEM".

If #MNC's like #WIPRO will do this, what will we expect ??

Until the last moment, I was thinking that wipro can't do this kind of fraud with me or anyone, as it's a trusted brand.
