Wipro — Didn't receive green auit mail

My name is Ayushi Kumari
I didn't receive green audit mail related to BGV.I have uploaded all my UG result upto 4th semester, 12th, 10th result bt still receiving clarification mail o[censored]G marksheet, i have uploaded the marksheet which is provided by collage and my final original marksheet will be provided to us after 6th semester exam.I kindly request you to please help me out.
