Wipro — Document not getting uploaded in embark portal

My resume number is 22559863. In the Embark portal, I got a remark as "Please upload Diploma 1st and 2nd semester marksheet and please upload Diploma & UG duration proof". After uploading documents, I got a message as "Documents uploaded successfully" but when I tried to click on save & next button, it showed me an alert "Please upload required documents". I tried to fill it again. I cleared browsing history and cache and tried again but it had the same error every time. I added screenshots below. Please help me to upload documents and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
