Wipro — Employee ID not accepted for login to Alumni Portal

Hi I tried to register (first time) into the Wipro Employee portal (https://alumni.wipro.com). I was asked about the employee ID and relieving year/month. I gave the information but it prompts saying the employee ID doesnt exist in the records. I am pretty sure about the employee ID. So how do I login now. What I originally want is to access my Form16 and IT documents and also the PF info.
