Wipro Enterprises — Poor quality of product

I had purchased a iron press with a goodwill named wipro. I never thought that wipro has sold there name frame to "c" grade company .


Despite with so goodwill, I am continusly trying to call the customer care, its like i am begging for something. I dont care the cost but the wipro goodwill is really in stake
