[Resolved]  Wipro — Error in Background verification link

I have accepted the letter of intent on visiting the link provided by you in the mail.After that I got the mail(16 December, 2021) to upload the document for Background verification.
I followed the following steps:
iCIMS candidate desktop -log in-background verification -fill more details
It redirected me to wipro.icims.com website and I got the error message :-Sorry, the page you requested was not found.
I have posted the query regarding the issue and got a mail stating that they will retrigger my background verification link but till now my issue is not resolved.
So please, rectify my issue as time provided to upload the background verification documents is expiring soon.
I am attaching the screenshot which I received along with the error in the background verification. Please have a look and help me to rectify the problem, so that I can finish uploading my documents.
